The 3 house maids were lovely happy and always pleasant, they did a wonderful job in keeping Marrakech House clean and tidy, they are a credit, the young Gentleman who booked me in was very helpful and always smiling and the young lady on the front desk printed off my boarding pass was helpful and a lovely lady, the Gentleman who did breakfast was also a very nice man, the staff are very pleasant helpful and very nice, thank you xx 👍

This hotel is not new, it is in need of renovation. If you don't mind, there's nothing to complain about. The basics all work well. Good room dimensions, water o.k., air conditioning very good, mattress hard but o.k., internet o.k., great balcony, ... breakfast plenty. The staff seems to be led by women, free of macho ambience. And that's ... - Location very good : Bus No1.

Good location in Gueliz and ideal for being picked up for onward journeys. The staff were very helpful and the room was spotless with a good view to the mountains. Lovely quiet night and comfy bed. Very good value for money.
